Update your wardrobe
Get around the website using the menu bar that runs along the top of the homepage. Hover over your chosen category to see a drop down menu of options to help you refine your search. Take a look at the homepage too as this is where you’ll find featured items and best sellers. Once you have found an item you like, click onto its product page for more information. If you like the product, simply select from the applicable options (size and colour, for example) and click the “Add to Bag” button. A box will pop out from the top right hand corner of the site to confirm that your item has been added to your bag. Click “Go to Checkout” to move forward.

Find your promotional code
You should now be able to see your “Shopping Bag” page. Now, in a new tab or window, open www.promotionalcodes.org.uk/joy-the-store and find a code you would like to use. Reveal the code by clicking the “view code and open site” button. Copy the code once you can see it.

Apply the code for a discount
Back in your bag at Joy find the box just above the subtotal of your order labeled “Promotional Code”. Paste the code you copied into that box and click the “Apply” button. Your page will refresh and your discount should appear visible from your order subtotal. Click the “Checkout” button.

Enter some personal details
On the next page, enter you email and a password for your account under the “New Customer: Sign Up” heading. Click “Continue”. Complete each section of the checkout process, entering your personal information as you go. Click to continue at the bottom of each section. When you get to the “Delivery Method” box, choose your option and click “Continue”.

Pay and complete your number
When you get to the payment section of checkout, choose your payment method. If you choose to pay by card, enter your card information in the provided form. Check the details of your order in the box below and click the “Place your order” button. Once your payment has been verified you will be forwarded to a confirmation page. Congratulations, your order is complete!
