Ebookers Promotional Codes

I’m only writing this review because I’m amazed that there are so many websites out there that advertise flights but seem to have such little contact with the airline that it’s a wonder that anyone ever gets off the ground.

I’ve used ebookers.com for years to sort out my travel arrangements as I often have to travel with work and the thing that makes them different from most other agencies, especially online ones is that you can actually check and book flights that are leaving the same day. Most other online agencies can’t process stuff for the same day which can be really annoying. You know that you are dealing with a real travel agent and with people that are really in touch with the airline when you can book as close to immediate flights as possible and when I have found the need to call their customer service department I have been more than happy.

The fact that ebookers.com has been around for such a long time online shows in their professionalism and while I have never booked a complete holiday, only flights through ebookers.com I would rather rely on a site that I know can deliver what they say they can. On top of all that I find that ebookers.com are hard to beat on price as well which has to be something to do with their efficiency in cutting out all the waffle and procedure you have to endure with other sites.

A friend suggested I check out this site, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been meaning to book a holiday in France to EuroDisney, but I kept procrastinating. Well, it’s done now, thanks to Ebookers. I went to the homepage, and a selection of offers popped up on the right-hand side of the page, and one of them was for Disneyland Paris. So, I clicked through and got all the information and price comparisons I needed to make an informed decision and book our holiday. You can also type in your destinations and look for specials through the normal search function, but I got lucky, and I will definitely go back to use Ebookers for our next holiday.

Headed to ebookers in hopes of finding some good deals on holidays to Las Vegas and was very happy with what I found. In the holidays section of their site they had several destinations and one was Vegas, so I clicked on it and instantly a whole holiday appeared including flights and hotels, only they had already chosen specific dates (I suppose those were the ones with the lowest price). I was a bit confused at first but then found the choose your own dates link. I liked the format where you could scroll down and match the hotel w/ the flights to see the exact price and how it changes. Wound up booking a holiday to Excalibur for Sept. and the price was definitely fantastic!

Looked and sounded great at first, but the company contacted me three times about flight changes, the final straw being when a whole day was knocked off our 7 day holiday in Vegas. I have spent hours on the phone trying to sort problems out (10p per minute). Very difficult to speak to a supervisor, impossible to speak to a manager (even when you know his name,'Jimmy'), and no one rings back when they have promised to do so. Cancelled holiday in end and am now busy trying to find a replacement. Be warned!
