If you’re still having problems or this isn’t the first time you’ve visited the website, try clearing your cache, closing your browser, opening up a new browser and visiting the website again. Keep in mind that this welcome discount can only be used on full price items (nothing in the sale) and can’t be used in conjunction with any other discount, so it might not always be the best offer available.

Free Delivery

Whenever you spend more than £50 on the Attitude Clothing website, your order will be delivered free of charge within the UK via standard delivery which takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Free delivery won’t be automatically added to your order, you’ll need to type in a promo code at the checkout which you’ll find listed on the ‘Delivery’ page. If you spend any less than £50, you’ll have to pay £2.99 to cover the cost of delivery. So if you want the best value for money possible and your order falls short of the delivery mark, you’re better off having a look in the ‘Clearance’ section of the website and adding something cheap into your basket, so your total order adds up to at least £50 and qualifies for free delivery.

Free Returns

If you’re not 100% happy with anything you buy from Attitude Clothing, you’ll be glad to know you can return all unwanted items free of charge for a full refund. To get your money back, log into your account on the Attitude Clothing website, visit the ‘my order history’ section then click on ‘view’ next to the appropriate order and select the items you want to return. When you click on ‘return items’, a returns letter and postage label will be generated which you’ll need to print off. Fill out the returns form and place it, along with your unwanted items, in a package then stick the postage label on the front. Finally, drop the package off at your local Post Office. Remember to get proof of postage so you can still get a refund, even if the package goes missing. As long as you return all unwanted items in perfect condition within 28 days of receipt, you’ll get your refund within 14 days of Attitude Clothing receiving your order.

Bought something from Attitude Clothing only to find it cheaper elsewhere? Not to worry, get in touch with Attitude Clothing ASAP and not only will they refund you the difference, but they’ll give you an extra 20% of the difference back as a way of apologising, too! For your price promise claim to the valid, both items must be totally identical and the cheaper item must be sold by a UK-based business with full contact details, in stock and available for immediate dispatch, include shipping costs and not be due to a bulk or membership discount. To claim, send an email to [email protected] with a link to the cheaper product within 48 hours of ordering. Someone will get in touch with you within two working days about your refund.
